Week 2: Office Operations and Technology

·         Time and task management techniques (prioritization, scheduling, delegation)

·         Office technologies and tools:

o    MS Office, Google Workspace

o    Automation tools (CRM, ERP, scheduling apps)

·         Digital file management and cloud storage

·         Cybersecurity basics and data protection

·         Records management:

o    Filing systems, indexing, retention, and compliance


Week 3: HR, Finance & Client Relations

·         HR basics:

o    Recruitment, onboarding, training

o    Performance appraisal and motivation

·         Financial management in the office:

o    Budgeting, petty cash, procurement

o    Basic financial documents (invoices, reports)

·         Customer and client service:

o    Handling complaints and CRM systems

o    Building professional relationships


Week 4: Strategy, Leadership & Course Wrap-up

·         Office policies and legal aspects:

o    SOPs, labor laws, workplace ethics

o    Confidentiality and health/safety regulations

·         Leadership and strategic management:

o    Leadership styles, change management, goal setting

o    KPIs and strategic planning in office environments

·         Final project and presentation

Week 1: Introduction to Microsoft Office & Word (Part 1)

  • Overview of Microsoft Office suite
  • Understanding cloud integration and Office 365
  • Getting started with Microsoft Word
    • Interface, ribbons, and toolbars
    • Creating and saving documents
    • Formatting text and paragraphs

Week 2: Microsoft Word (Part 2)

  • Using styles and themes
  • Working with tables, images, and charts
  • Page layout and design
  • Using headers, footers, and page numbers
  • Mail merge basics
  • Review and print setup

Week 3: Microsoft Excel (Part 1)
