Filling a Roll Number Sheet (OMR sheet) correctly is extremely important in board examinations. Even a small mistake can lead to serious problems, including loss of marks. Therefore, students must follow proper instructions carefully while filling it.

First of all, always use a blue or black ballpoint pen or marker, as instructed on the sheet. Avoid using pencils or ink pens unless clearly allowed. Before you start, read all instructions printed on the sheet thoroughly.

Begin with the Date section. Write the correct date in the boxes provided (Day, Month, Year) and fill the corresponding circles carefully. Make sure each circle is shaded completely and neatly.

Next comes the Roll Number. Write your roll number in the boxes at the top. Then, below each digit, you will see columns of numbers (0–9). Fill the circle that matches each digit of your roll number. For example, if your roll number starts with 2, fill the circle under “2” in that column.

After that, fill the Paper Code in the same way. Write the code in the boxes and shade the correct circles. Be very careful here, as a wrong paper code can result in incorrect marking.

You will also need to select options like Morning/Evening, Matric/Inter, Part 1/Part 2, and Annual/Supply. Fill only the correct circle for each category.

In the lower section, write your Name, Father’s Name, and Roll Number in words clearly. Do not use unclear handwriting. Finally, sign in the Signature of Candidate box.

Important instructions to remember:

- Fill circles completely and neatly.

- Do not leave circles half-filled.

- Do not make extra marks or scratches on the sheet.

- Never fold or damage the sheet.

In conclusion, accuracy and neatness are key when filling an OMR sheet. Take your time, double-check your entries, and follow instructions carefully to avoid any mistakes.

Good luck with your exams!
